Parties
These terms are a contract between you and 30kstrategy LLC, a Florida limited liability company. 30kstrategy LLC operates this site. AgenticUI is the product name, not a separate company. Contact us at support@agenticui.net.
These terms bind anyone who uses the site, creates an account, makes a purchase, or uses an authorized AgenticUI integration. You must be 18 or older. This site is not a children’s service.
The Privacy policy describes personal information on this site and in our integrations.
Acceptable use
Use the site, your account, and purchases only for a lawful purpose. Do not interfere with the site, and do not access another person’s account.
Content
30kstrategy LLC keeps its rights in the site and in the content it publishes. You keep your rights in content you submit. You allow 30kstrategy LLC to store and display that content so the site and your account can work.
Accounts
Accounts store your name, your email, your postal address, and the time the checkbox was accepted. The account host stores a hash of the password. The site does not keep the password. The postal address is line 1, line 2, city, region, postal code, and country.
Sign-up is an email code. An email service sends the sign-up, reset, and email-change codes.
An account with an empty timestamp must accept before a purchase.
The ChatGPT connection is available only for specifically authorized private owner and reviewer access. It is not generally available to eligible buyers. For eligible purchases, authorized access to AgenticUI design-system content through MCP (Model Context Protocol) is read-only and requires no additional plugin payment. Connecting requires your separate approval. It does not authorize changes to the library, your account or purchases, or management of other accounts.
Connection grants last no more than one hour. Access can end sooner if the connection is revoked, the sign-in session supporting it ends, or your account is no longer eligible. Contact support@agenticui.net to request revocation. Connecting does not change the license rights that apply to the content. Your use of ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI’s terms.
Purchases
Purchases store product, amount, currency, status, and date. A status can include refunded.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except where a law that cannot be waived requires one.
We keep purchase records only as long as tax and accounting require.
Liability
The site, accounts, and purchases are provided as available. To the extent the law allows, 30kstrategy LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
The liability of 30kstrategy LLC for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
These terms leave non-waivable consumer rights in place.
Changes
For a material change to these terms, we send notice to the account email, and we change the date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and 30kstrategy LLC agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida are the exclusive venue for a dispute about these terms, except where a law that cannot be waived gives you a different venue. This does not limit a non-waivable consumer right.
